Hey! Refunds are always an option so this is how they work…

• If a CLIENT CANCELS their appointment then HALF of the deposit is returned immediately.
• If URBAN CANCELS their client appointment then a FULL deposit is returned immediately.
• If you do not like your LASHES after leaving your appointment you have a 1 hour window to allow me to REFIX them. If you are still not satisfied then HALF of what you paid will be returned IMMEDIATELY.
• If you do not like your MAKE UP after leaving your appointment you have a 1 hour window to allow me to REFIX it. If you are still not satisfied then HALF of what you paid will be returned IMMEDIATELY.
• If you need to MOVE your appointment to another date then your deposit CAN be transferred once.
